No chocolate, and no food left to spoil

Make sure there's no chocolate left in the cabin (it can be stored in the refrigerator). Don't leave any food that will expire before someone else comes up.

Keep doors shut for heat (winter)

Keep all bedroom doors shut if not being used. Also keep the downstairs bathroom door, the laundry room door, and the door to the basement closed — this helps with heating.
