Tasks is a shared kanban board for cabin chores and projects. Everyone signed in sees the same board, so it's easy to split up work and see what's left to do.

The three columns
Tasks move left to right across three columns:
- To Do — not started yet.
- In Progress — someone's working on it.
- Done — finished.
Each column header shows a count of how many tasks are in it.
Adding a task
Open the form
Tap Add Task at the top, or the + on any column header to start a task in that column.
Give it a title
A short, clear title is all that's required (e.g. "Refill propane").
Add details (optional)
Use the details field for anything extra — steps, links, or context.
Assign it (optional)
Assign the task to a person so it's clear who's responsible.
Set a repeat (optional)
Make it recurring — daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly — for chores that come back around. Leave it on No repeat for one-offs.
Choose a column
Pick which column it starts in, then save.
Moving tasks along
- Drag and drop a card into another column to change its status. On desktop, drop zones appear in each column while you drag.
- On a phone, columns stack and can be collapsed/expanded by tapping the header to keep things tidy; use the card's controls to move it.
Who can move a task
You can move tasks you created or that are assigned to you. Anyone signed in can add new tasks.
Editing, assigning, and deleting
Open a card to edit it — change the title, details, assignee, recurring schedule, or column. You can also delete a task from the card when it's no longer needed.
Recurring chores
Marking a task as recurring (daily / weekly / monthly / yearly) is handy for routine upkeep — think water testing, trash runs, or seasonal checks — so the same chores keep showing up instead of being forgotten.
